About the Project:
Movistar Cloud, one of the greatest Telefonica´s services that allows users to save all their digital life (photos, videos, documents, music) into the Cloud, required to embrace new ways of evolving and design new cloud experiences as the integration into a new device... Movistar Cloud would be display on TV.

DEFINING THE SOLUTION:
The Process:
After a deep UX Research & Design process, we understood that TV was a completely different device, and the way users interact with this media was completely different and it comes up an overwhelming question: Will all users would like to share all their contents with the TV?
Designing together with the Spanish System & Development team, that really cared about understanding user needs and global goals, was the best way to build up a great country product that makes possible the content linking process. Although the project ideation was build up in the Global Department, Spain was the first Telefonica country to make possible this integration in their TV that is available for users since 2019.
