OVERVIEW:

About the Project:

A Human Resource team from a global Insurance company that has more than 25MM of clients, needed to have a great tool to look for the best talent.

I worked together with Mapfre team helping them to develop and design a great “Talent Searching Tool”.

They already have many information behind their Human Resource Module, but there was a new goal of pulling the data in an easier and greater way to get through and find the greater candidate.

After a deep collaboration with PM and developers, we create a new powerful app including all the categories (with more than 50 filters), the complex conditionings AND / OR / ELSE and the possibility to weighted each filter.

DEFINING THE SOLUTION:

The Process:

We conducted in-depth research and design with HR team to understand the way they look for a candidate and we could identify the key pain points. I observed holistically the actual process to end up with a prototype that could include all the actual filters and conditionings.

Once user start including them, the filters will appear on the top of the designn what we call “Talent Line”. Each filter appears one after the other (conditional AND).
I want a candidate with English: Advance AND Chinese: Basic.

The design allowed users too include the conditional OR, by picking one of the chips and including them just down the filter they would like to include the condition.

I want a candidate with English: Advance OR Nationality: UK.

We also include a new line “Desirable requirements”. (Conditional ELSE) and each of them could be weighted.

Other basic functionalities were included such as Save, Search, the Option to make Public or Private each search among others.
