The Onboarding project we design with Quironsalud (one of the main leading companies in the private health sector in our country), was more than an application design; we needed to build up an emotion. The first one that the employee will have of the organization.
The intention of this project was to design the perfect employee-company link which includes an important concept: caring for employees is as important as caring for patients.
We work on 2 concepts:
On the one hand, we started a creative line based on an organic concept that connects the employee with the seed.
"A plant grows without pressure, in an organic and natural way as long as it is respected, cared for and fed".
Another concept we worked on was the concept of overcoming via knowledge. This was the concept that the client finally opted for.
This platform might allow users to carry out any process related his/her incorporation in a simple way and also it was necessary to give them Peace of Mind. We learnt through some research, that it was possible to achieve it offering great company information, explaining their main tasks and materials they would need and the option to know and chat with their team.
To design this platform it was necessary to take in account the integrations HR SAP module Quironsald already had.
